Very good (small newspaper article about Meynier giving a lecture at the Tucson Women's Club tipped to the front endpaper which has allowed some offsetting onto the front endpaper, causing light browing to a portion of the presentation; some shallow dampstaining top & bottom edges text); some edgewear (small chips & tears, some dampstaining near fold of rear flap) d/j.
