Appendix: Bibliography, 1910-1917 and Index. Green cloth with gilt letters on the spine. Rear panel of dust jacket has a black and white photo of Clifford M. Drury. Fore- and bottom edges untrimmed. Just hints of wear to extremities, cloth clean and bright, gilt bright, else fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket very lightly soiled, else fine and not price-clipped. Clifford Merrill Drury [1897-1984] was a biographer and historian of the Pacific Northwest's missionary pioneers, official historian of the U.S. Navy Chaplain Corps, and an authority on church history. This volume comes from the library of Dr. Robert Munger. Robert "Bob" Munger [d. 2001] was a United Presbyterian minister, who served as pastor of several congregations, including the First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley, California.
