Bill Schroeder from Piedmont Airlines, with "BOD 1982"; Gerry Pryde, First Vice-President United Airlines Holdings Inc.; an inscription from Tom [Delwood?] with "1982 BOD." And another signed inscription from "Hank" on the front pastedown. [See images]. Three of the signers are listed in the Index of this book. Certainly, an interesting copy of an uncommon book.
