Very Good minus in a blue cloth binding stamped inn blue. With some edge-darkening to the top and bottom of the front and rear panel edges. Bookplate on the front paste-down. In a good plus jacket which is price-clipped and edge rubbed and scuffed along the left spine edge fold and the front fold. Light soiling to the rear panel which features a photo of Moravia. This copy is signed "Alberto Moravia" on the front endpaper. First Edition with the FSY colophon on the 1951 copyright page. Seller Inventory # 2307
