London. Adam and Charles Black. 1970. First Edition. Black boards with gilt titles. Text block is clean and fresh. Fine. Dust wrapper is unclipped and has only the tiniest amount of knocking to the corners, Practically Fine. The author has flat signed the half title without dedication. To the verso is a longer dedication to Eric Dennis which speaks of the recipient as his muse and inspiration for this book. This is signed by Bill Tagg but is undated. Glossy frontispiece of the author. Other photographic plates and drawings accompany the text. Patterns and tips from a famous old North Staffordshire fly tier. His dedication to Eric Dennis includes and address in Staff so presumably this is the link between them.
