Volume 1 of this title, published in 2004 to commemorate Fieret\'s 80th birthday, is now sold out and a collectible object. Volume 2, compiled from the rich collection of the Hague Museum of Photography, contains some 160 works that are being published for the first time.

In 2004 publiceerden het Fotomuseum Den Haag en Voetnoot het fotoboek 'Foto en Copyright by G.P. Fieret' ter gelegenheid van de 80ste verjaardag van deze eigenzinnige fotograaf. Inmiddels is dit boek - een woeste beeldenstroom en schijnbaar willekeurig over elkaar buitelende indrukken van vrouwen, duiven, katten, kinderen en geparkeerde auto's - een gewild antiquarisch object.
Het is niet moeilijk om uit de rijke Fieret-collectie - na Fierets dood in 2009 kwam zijn nalatenschap in bezit van het Gemeentemuseum Den Haag - een vervolgboek samen te stellen: FOTO & COPYRIGHT BY G.P. FIERET VOLUME 2. Deze nieuwe uitgave bevat zo'n 160 niet eerder gepubliceerde foto's.
