At the time his international projection had been proven by his participation in the Venice Biennale and his Interventions in some of the most important locations around the world. It was therefore the time for Galicia to receive a representative part of this creator's work and allow CGAC to keep on shining around the world as a space with an international orientation. Heir of the Brazilian Neoconcretism, which appeared in the 60's and 70's thanks to work of creators like Helio Oiticica and Lygia Clark, Ernesto works with materials and shapes that allow visitors to assume an active role in the exhibition. This publication describes the intervention project that, under the title A paisagem do corpo e o corpo da paisagem, Ernesto Neto expressly conceived for his first individual exhibition at a Spanish institution. The growing interest that Ernesto Neto's work triggered in the international art context since the early years of his career, alongside his constant presence in important events, foretell the warmest reception for this new publication.
