Hans-Peter Riese is an art critic and a specialized journalist for culture. He is recipient of the "Fritz-Saenger Preis fur mutigen Journalismus" 1985 (Prize for courageous journalism). In 2008 he founded the Michaela-Riese-foundation which comprises many graphic arts of west-, middle- and east European abstract artists."
