About the Author:Liz Lark is a freelance yoga teacher who runs classes in London, and regularly teaches around the world on special-interest holidays. Since 1990 she has also travelled extensively to India and Crete to deepen her practice and teaching of yoga. With a masters degree in Performing Arts, she incorporates elements of complementary body disciplines into her work, including the Alexander Technique. She is the co-author (with Mark Ansari) of Yoga for Beginners (Gill and Macmillan) and the author of Astanga Yoga and Yoga for Life (Carlton Books). Her clients have included Ralph Fiennes, Alan Rickman and Mariel Hemingway.
