Very helpful book with an integrative medical approach
I wrote this book to give readers the advantage of my past 28 years in clinical practice exploring various so-called alternative modalities amd integrating them with eachother and conventional medicine. The book explaines the biomechanics of various injuries, especially of the foot, ankle, and knee. Self help modalities and methods are explained and the reader is given advice and optiions ranging from conventional medicine to homeopathic remedies, and even nutrition and imagery. It is a hilistic book. I have just finished a 1000 plus page text on Sports Medicine of the Lower Extremity: Integrative medical approach--by Saunders-Churchill LIvingston. After it is out I will write an updated version of the paper back with more information on the relationship between diet and disease.
