About the Author:

Alexander Hamilton (1755 or 1757–1804) was a statesman and Founding Father who served as the secretary of the treasury of the United States under President George Washington.

Fourth president of the United States James Madison (1751–1836) is considered the “Father of the Constitution” because of his integral role in drafting and promoting the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

A statesman, diplomat, abolitionist, and Founding Father, John Jay (1745–1829) served as the first chief justice of the United States, the second governor of New York, and played a pivotal role in ratifying the US Constitution.
