About the Author:

Dr. Joshua Eldridge currently practices at Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning, GA. He also consults and treats many athletes throughout the country. This year, he provided preventative and injury care for the U.S. Army National Guard’s winning Best Ranger Competition team. This is the first year that the National Guard has won this event. Dr. Eldridge is the inventor of The X Brace, an arch support designed for barefoot athletes. He is author of the Amazon Best Selling Book: “Gymnast Care Book on Injuries” which is a practical guide to injury care and prevention. Dr. Eldridge travels the country speaking on nutrition, performance, and injury prevention.
