Gary constantly studies to ensure he is best placed to help his clients, studying psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, physiology, nutrition and more. He is not afraid to question those teaching him and to do his own research - often finding common held beliefs are actually myths. His sporting success is testament to the self-application of his knowledge. Gary is a sought after hypnotherapist and his presenting roles have seen him speak at places such as Kings Medical College, London, with an audience of his leading peers. Gary's sporting career has seen him compete in over 20 countries with career highlights including being a 13x World Champion. Currently retired from professional sport he currently is enjoying running mountain ultra-marathons with his two huskies. Gary has appeared in television, radio and film media all around the world including coverage of his sports career, as a commentator, being a stunt fight performer in films, and even spent 48hrs being interrogated by US Military for a television documentary. He has had some interesting life experiences including spending many years learning to stunt ride on horses including jousting and lance work, white water rafting, has tumbled out of a plane freefall parachuting with some of the famed Red Devils, marathons, 24hr mountain bike races, and bizarrely appeared in sensationalised National newspaper and magazine versions of when he was bitten by a sea snake!
