All edges of book block gilt. vi + 321pp.Portriat frontispiece with tissue guard + 11 other illustrations as called for. Good (Book- shelf wear to leather at edges with boards exposed in places, loss to head of spine and crack to hinge at head of rear board of 50mm and 15mm ditto at tail. End papers and binding generally sound with no apparent failure of glue to signatures. Paper of book block clean and white with no previous owner name , insc. nor annotations).
