Sammelband of 10 Eulogies Published: 1795-1829 8vo. Brown leather spine with gilt lines and black title label with gilt lettering. Front cover has brown marbled paste down sheets, leather corners and joints. An interesting Sammelband of 10 Eulogies (see list below). Pages are age toned with some light damp-stains to edges of pages. Light to moderate foxing. Right front blank end sheet removed. The two next end sheets are cream colored. Period handwritten contents of the Eulogies is written on the verso side of the first blank end sheet. Some scuffing to leather corners, joints and spine. Overall binding is in good condition. 5 of these are extremely Charleston South Carolina Antebellum Imprints -- many of which do not show any copies anywhere (for sale or in archive/library collections)! 1.
