An Original Arctic Club Annual Dinner Menu Lincoln college, Oxford Sat 11th Dec 1954. Th Arctic Club was founded in 1932 by Sir James Wordie, famous for his journeys to Antarctica with Shackleton on the Endurance. The members are Arctic enthusiasts with a wide range of interests, mainly from the UK, though with many from overseas. Members of the Club lead or participate on expeditions in the Arctic each year. An Annual Dinner for members and guests is held each December, often in Oxford or Cambridge or another University city. Many members are experts in their fields. All overseas orders with priority shipping (8 days+) will be sent by either tracked airsure or international signed for. The slower postal rates (14 days +) will be sent by standard airmail and will take longer to arrive. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority shipping as this is a much quicker and secure method of shipment.
All books where possible will be sent in wrap around cardboard boxes and bubble wrapped.
