This is a handsomely executed map of the Danube River Basin starting on the left at Vienna and passing through Austria, Serbia and Romania. Belgrade is prominently displayed near the cartouche. In the lower left is a mileage scale. This is a very nice example of late 16th century mapmakers art. Very good but for a harpsichord shaped wormhole at the upper centerfold which is relatively of little consequence. Seller Inventory # 687
