Single sheet, 38.5 x 26.5", printed on one side, folded and mounted into 6.125 x 3.5" flexible covers._____ The copyright is held by W.H. Whitney and the map was engraved by Everts & Howell of Philadelphia._____ Various named divisions are in color, albeit with a large amount of white space in between._____ It also locates:  railroads (standard & narrow gauge), wagon roads, aqueduct, canals and swamp land._____ There is a Union Pacific RR logo in the lower right corner._____ There is an inset map of a "Portion of the / County of / Pierce / Washington" in partial color._____ Not in Phillips or WorldCat (09/23)._____   Washington State University owns a nearly identical example though with a "Compliments of." box at the upper right, not present in this issue._____.
