Limited to 200 copies mimeograph printed by levy, with hand-painted cover art by Toni Thomas and Sandy-Jo Hickle and found sheets from a local movie house bound at the rear. Cleveland, OH: Renegade Press, 1967-1968. Original side-stapled wraps. A very good copy showing light shelfwear and foxing, staples rusted, faint vertical crease throughout.
