Amsterdam, M. Westerman en Zoon & C. van Hulst, 1833. Ingenaaid met 20e-eeuws omslagje. 136 p. Niet afgesneden. Titelgravure van de Amsterdamse Stadsschouwburg. Goedkeuringshandtekening van de secretaris van het theater. 1e druk. Omslag met planknummer. Stempels van het Grand Théâtre A. Van Lier Jz. te Amsterdam (de Hoogduitse Schouwburg aan de Amstelstraat, die bestond van 1791 tot 1946). Bijzonder: dit is blijkens een 19e-eeuwse inscriptie voorin het 'Soufleurs boek'. Met enkele streepjes in de marge, maar vooral: het eind van het blijspel, de laatste twee pagina's zijn helemaal herschreven. De gedrukte tekst is doorgestreept en vervangen door twintig handgeschreven regels. Cornelis Johannes Roobol (1806-1870) was als acteur en toneelschrijver, later directeur, verbonden aan de Amsterdamse Stadsschouwburg. Dit toneelstuk werd van 1833-1873 regelmatig opgevoerd.
