Returns are accepted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. However, the buyer will need to pay the cost of the return postage.
Shipping Terms:
I try to recycle packaging as much as possible but all items are carefully packed. I am usually able to ship within 2 working days but will contact the buyer if there are any issues with this timeframe.
Regarding shipping: I use tracking and insurance up to the final sale value. I try to factor the cost of shipping into the final price. However, If your order is heavy or oversized, I may need to contact you with a quote for extra shipping.
