He also was the first Italian chef to receive 3 Michelin stars, and has been the recepient of numerous other cooking awards. 160 recipes. Text in German. Illustrated throughout with color photographs. I can't read German, but the food sure does look delicious. Silk page ribbon. Red cloth with gilt titling on front and spine. Covers show very mild wear. Dust Jacket is mildly rubbed and scuffed. Gift inscription at free front endpaper; otherwise interior is clean, crisp, tight & bright, unmarked. 280 pp. Approx. 8.75" x 11.5".
