First edition, printed at the Bedford Press, London. (Note: no date on title page, preface by James Dredge is dated 1893. While some online listings give a publication date of 1883, neither LOC nor WorldCat list this earlier date). Tips lightly bumped, some spotting to boards, label scar at upper left edge of front board, spine ends lightly worn, some foxing spots especially on folded map. Bookseller accession no.: 10A01. Wm. Wiley (1842-1925) was co-found of John Wiley and Sons publishing and later U.S. Representative from New Jersey; Sara K.
