No. 72/100 of a signed limited edition.The total print run was 1000. 20 colour plates (frontis + 19 at rear of the book). Illustrations by Arthur Parsons (N. B Do not mistake this for a more well known artist of this name who died in 1931). Included are two original, newly reframed, artworks by the illustrator Arthur Parsons. 1. Parish Church - similar, but different to the frontispiece. Framed size: 42 x 36.5 cms, picture size 29.5 x 24 cms, A few spots to the picture. 2. George Corner,Wanstead (Plate 19 in the book). The picture shows less detail than that in the book. Framed size: 38.5 x 34 x page cms, picture size: 26 x21 cms. The photo has my shadow reflected in it affecting the quality of the image. Small quarto size.Vellum darkened. AEG. Inside, sellotape repair to gutter of frontispiece/title page . Seller Inventory # 002871
