First edition, first printing of book and dust jacket. Dark reddish-orange cloth with front cover and spine stamped in gilt; blind-stamped bus on the front cover showing up lighter than the rest of the binding; top edges stained green; in the original colorful dust jacket priced $2.75. A nearly fine, fresh copy with the gilt quite bright; in a very good plus, mildly age-toned and lightly used dust jacket with a short tear and several creases to the upper rear panel, a vertical crease along the spine and edge of the front panel (from folding), and nicks to the spine extremities and flap fold corners.
