CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Fine condition with minor shelf soiling. Original DJ is clipped on inside flap, minor wear and tears on edges, with glassine protector. Interior is very clean and tight. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: An excellent WWI unit history, here in remarkable condition with the rarely seen intact, original dust jacket. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: The unit consisted of the National Guard from Missouri and Kansas. The 35th Division arrived in France in May 1918 and fought in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive Lt. Harry S. Truman, later the 33rd President of the United States, served in Battery F of the Second Regiment Field Artillery and later Battery D, 129th F.A. Regiment. Seller Inventory # 0322002
