Grove Press, 1961, xxxiii, 318 pgs, first U.S. edition, stated 1st printing on copyright page. Black cloth on spine with author, title and publisher in silver. Blue marbled paper on boards with author signature in silver. Boards are flat, corners sharp and square, binding is still tight with some crimping of cloth at head and toe and black top stain. Boards are unmarked, with no signs of wear. Some minimal signs of wear to cloth on bottom of spine. Pages are complete, intact, bright and unmarked. NB--there is a list of page numbers lightly penciled onto back of LFE by previous owner. LGYHC202007051. Seller Inventory # 000051
