Add to basket(Nightstand Book NB 1541 aSn) Stag film themes, gay and lesbian characters. Paperback Original. Vintage pulp paperback with colorful painted cover (likely McCauley or Bonfils). Written pseudonymously by Lawrence Block. Bright cover shows faint scuffing/rubbing and a few small nicks to edges. Spine shows mottling, fading and discoloration. Cover copy: CALL IT PERVERSION or call it disgusting, abnormal, or twisted. Call it anything you want but the fact remains that what young and beautiful Julie Marsten did with her virginal body when she arrived in the big town was shocking and depraved. Perhaps it was the people she met-hard Phil, the calloused agent-pimp who sold her body for the wicked eye of the camera; perhaps it was Lou the lesbian who showed her all the sick pleasures of one woman for another; perhaps it was the stranger she met who turned out to be a sadist and beat her as he raped her. Whatever or whoever it was, young Julie was running to moral destruction with nothing in her path but ANIMAL LUSTS! First paragraph(s): IT WAS PRECISLY TEN OCLOCK when the alarm went off. The clock, purchased years ago at a drugstore for not much money, made up in volume what it lacked in melody. It did not ring, exactly. It jangled. Schoenberg would have been delighted with the twelve-tone discordance of the clock. For perhaps ten seconds the clock rang without eliciting any response whatsoever. Then, dreamily, a hand worked its way out from under the bedcovers. The hand pawed its way through warm and musty air until it located the rickety night-table at the side of the bed. Paperback Original. Size: 4.25" x 6.4". 190 pages. Text unmarked. Binding is delicate but solid. Some age-toning to page edges. Nightstand Book NB 1541 aSn Quantity Available: 1.
