First edition, second state indicated by "Titian's Moses" on title illustration. Taupe cloth binding is in good-plus condition, front hinge cracked and partly separated, minor wear at bottom of spine, separation of rear board. Gilt decoration on spine and front is a little dulled. Interior pages are near fine with no writing, foxing, or marks of any kind. 328 illustrations. Overall, an excellent copy, perhaps a candidate for minor binding repair or re-binding. Seller Inventory # 001120
