First edition second issue with complete address on title page. 315pp + [3]pp of advertisements and ads printed on front and rear pastedowns. From the library of May von Weinberg (Ethel Mary Villers Forbes) with her armorial bookplate on the front pastedown. Weinburg was a famous Frankfurt philanthropist and wife of German entrepreneur and chemist Carl von Weinberg. Missing half title, some fading to spine panel with gilt lettering still in nice shape, some discoloration and wear to cloth. There is a small drawing on the front pastedown, and a small label on the rear pastedown. ; Octavo. Seller Inventory # 36134
