Size: 4to. Text body is clean and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. This is an exhibition catalogue as well as a record of the Thirteenth Wedgwood International Seminar held at the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte, April 25-27, 1968. Pictorial boards, 284 pages, extensively illustrated in b & w, includes Program, Chronology, papers delivered during the seminars including one by Sir John Wedgwood, great-great-great-grandson of Josiah I. Wedgwood; list of Registrants. Included with the book is some ephemera from Amy Bess Miller (this copy is from the library of Amy Bess Miller, author on all matters Shaker and founder of the Hancock Shaker Museum), a letter to her from the Buten Museum of Wedgwood inviting her to become a member of the museum. Since the application is included, it would appear she did not join. Covers are lightly soiled, corners and spine ends bumped a little, Amy Bess Miller's signature on front free end paper.
