Typewritten poem tipped in. "Gare Loch" written by the author in 1920 during the visit of the Prince of Wales to Hobart. First edition, with dust wrapper. Red boards with silver lettering on the spine. Head and tail of spine lightly bumped and rubbed. Binding is neat and tidy. Page edges are rubbed and lightly discoloured. Some foxing and signs of use on free endpapers, pastedowns and title page. This book is in good condition. Dust wrapper has some rubbing at the edges. Covers are lightly scratched. Head and tail of spine thumbed. Edges and corners are showing very light wear and tear, otherwise this dust wrapper is in good condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously; they usually present better than they sound.
