First edition, 4to, 347pp, a very good copy in slightly later half calf, raised bands with harp motifs to spine, stamp of Terance O'Hanlon on the front end paper, who edited the 1930 Irish music collection ' The Minstrel of Erinn' Some light rubbing to the edges of the binding with light spotting to margins of the text and title page, overall a very good copy. Scarce as a first edition, the work was reprinted throughout the 19th century and became on of the most popular Irish song books. Seller Inventory # 011570
