Evergreen cloth covered boards with gilt-stamped lettering and gilt-stamped image of the lakes on the front board panel; gilt lettering on spine. Upper external page edges are tinted. Two-toned map illustrations on end papers. Minimal scuffs and crimps along edges at head and tail of board spine. External side and lower edges are age-toned as are text pages. No internal marks or tears. Text block is sound. Dust jacket is scuffed and lightly soiled overall. Back jacket panel has several smudges and faint damp stains on the lower corners. Upper edge and corners at head of jacket spine are chipped and rubbed and with several closed vertical tears of less than 1/4". Lower edge at tail of jacket spine is rubbed across width; front corner of tail has a 1 1/4" closed vertical tear parallel to front spine fold. Upper edge of front jacket panel has several small chips and three closed vertical tears of 3/16", 7/8", and 1/8" with adjacent horizontal creases. Fore-edge folds are creased and scuffed but not rubbed through. All fore-edge corners are rubbed with a small amount of loss. Not price clipped, price of $4.00 in lower corner of front inside flap.
