A Russian Fairy Tale about the man who was afraid of thunder. He has a nice house which is illustrated in color. The hare wants a house like Shortys, so the fox tells him to drum very loudly. When he does, Shorty runs away and the hares take over his house. Vintage children's tale, first edition, in very good condition with previous owners signature inside front board and light rubbing to the corners and edges of the covers. Size: 7½" - 5½".
