Fine in full dark blue leather covered boards with four raised bands on the spine with gilt text and decorations stamped in the compartments and with elaborate gilt tool work on both the front and rear boards. The end papers are silk with a matching silk placement ribbon sewn-in at the head of the spine. All three edges of the text block are gilt. A thin, small quarto measuring 10 3/4" by 8" containing unnumbered pages of text. The text is based on the first edition and is wonderfully illustrated with full color paintings by Arthur Szyk. Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
