Half brown morocco and marbled boards, back in six compartments, gilt lettered in the second, five raised bands between blind double fillets, gilt J. S. Phillips at foot. Very good binding with wear to edges and corner tips, front joint cracked but bands holding, plates and printed sheets near fine, unusually clean and fresh, free of foxing, no stains, unmarked, complete.
