Very hard to come by copy of the very first meeting of The Council on Fabric Flammability held in New York December 14, 1967. The proceedings of this, and subsequent, meetings led to an industry wide improvement in safety and material usage as a result of the numerous lawsuits filed against manufacturers and improvements in material design. This particular copy comes with the providence of being previously owned by Charles Beros who was an expert witness in many cases and who helped lead the way to improved clothing safety.
