About this Item
University of Denver Press. Denver. 1951. 304 pages. First edition, first printing. Book is fine. Binding and hinges are strong and tight. Brown cloth is bright and clean. Endpapers are bright and clean; no writing within. Pages lay tight and undisturbed in seemingly unread condition. Original DJ with $7.50 price intact on flap. Attractive orange DJ with a profile photograph of Pitalesharo, the last Grand Chief of the Pawnees in Nebraska. An old price-sticker removal attempt seems to have failed; leaving a quarter-size paper scuff to the upper front of DJ. Still, DJ is bright, whole and attractive with very minimal shelf-rubbing along edges. A fine copy in a VG DJ with noted textural scuff. Seller Inventory # 002526
