Chatterton & Co. - Chicago DATE/EDITION: 1887, First edition, same dates with copyright by the author BINDING: Hardbound in brown cloth with blind stamped decorations on the covers and bronze colored lettering on the spine, 157 pages DUST JACKET: No jacket BOOK CONDITION: Covers are very spotted and have some light fraying at the bottom front edge. the spine lettering is bright and the covers are actually clean, no odors from whatever spotted the covers and nothing penetrates the interior of the book. The binding is tight and the interior is very clean. There is a small sticker on the inside of the front cover from Quincy Oxygen and physician Supply Co. in Quincy, IL. DESCRIPTION: A treatise explaining the apparatus, the material and the process used in the preparation of oxygen and other gases with which it may be combined; also, its administration and effects, illustrated by clinical experience of the author and others.
