Appears to be the first printing from 1947 with a letter from then mayor William O'Dwyer. Interesting little government issued guide to parenting and infantile care in the city. Nice, solid copy with typical handling wear and rubbing to soft wrappers. Moderate bump to lower-right corner is affecting the very edge/margin of some interior pages, no text or content is affected. Glue attaching wrappers to interior pages is aging/fragile, otherwise staple-bound pages are tight and secure.
