Very good+ in printed, tan paper wraps over a stapled binding. An octavo of 8 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches with a 1/8 inch chip from the upper edge of the front cover and a closed tear above the upper staple of the spine area. Without a dust jacket as issued. 24 pages of text preceded by a letter from the author offering certified copies of proof of service for each man listed in this list, as well as a full page introduction by the author. Pages 1 through 24 are printed in two columns. Written in pencil at the upper margin of page 1 is the note: "Col. Peter Harry, omitted by printers". Seller Inventory # TB32924
