About this Item
First edition, printed on high quality stock and loaded with color photographs, some of them are graphic. The author hunted man eating tigers and leopards as well as marauding ( Rogue) elephant as requested by the local government officials from time to time. He operated exclusively in Southern India where Kenneth Anderson had also hunted during 1940-60. Riveting tales told in a modest manner with discussions on modern conservation and valid points to save the wildlife. A very good volume, appears to be unread, comes with a nice colourful dust jacket protected in archival mylar, 278 pages, scarce. Seller Inventory # 06052020-1
