Black boards are rubbed, scuffed and smudged. Spine is sunned, lettering is faded, and it is worn and peeling. Head and tail of spine worn, board edges rubbed, corners of boards bumped. Front pastedown endpaper contains previous bookseller's sticker. 'Coalmines insurance pty. ltd.' stamp is on both front endpapers. Endpapers, half-title page, title-page, first pages and last pages are stained and foxed. Some other pages throughout contain stains, marks or creases towards edges. Page edges are discoloured and stained.
