About this Item
This is a UK first edition hardcover published by Hutchinson in 1970. The jacket is Fine and unclipped (18s net / £0.90 net in UK only). There is negligible wear to the spine ends. The book is Fine with straight spine, sharp corners and firm spine ends. The pages are lightly toned. The front end paper has a very small liquid paper splodge, which I mention for completeness - it's nothing more than a mild irritant at best. The copyright page confirms the first UK hardcover in 1970. Seller Inventory # 010300

I charge shipping that reflects my actual costs. I do NOT offer cheap shipping and add it to the book price so please do not complain to me that Bob down the road offers cheaper postage. Sure he does - but the price of his book is hiked to reclaim it, or you're referring to a power seller who can negotiate postage discounts. I can't - I'm a private individual selling my private collection. ABE only allows me to set one postage rate so I charge the rate for hardbacks sent in a box with bubble wrap and polystyrene peanuts. Where postage is less - eg a paperback or small hardback - I refund the difference once I get my receipts and know the exact cost. Tracking is NOT provided automatically on UK parcels - you have to choose priority mail AND pay an additional £7 postage on top.
