Includes such classics as : God Save the King; and : The Roast Beef of Old England.: Previous owner s signature : W. Bennett: on dedication page and handwritten title to top board. Cover somewhat worn and endpapers a little dusty but otherwise, internally clean and in very good condition. Kitchener led a colourful life - he claimed to be a medical doctor and was a celebrity chef of his day, credited with having invented the crisp - or potato chip - and Wow Wow Sauce.
