Three Reports from the Anglo-American Council on Productivity, two (Letterpress Printing and Packaging) from the visit to the US in 1950 and the third (Lithographic Printing) from the visit in 1951. The Anglo-American Council on Productivity was formed in 1948 on the initiative of Sir Stafford Cripps, the Chancellor of the Exchequer in Britain, and Mr. Paul Hoffman, the Economic Cooperation Administrator in the USA. It [was] composed of representatives of management and labour both in the United Kingdom and in The United States of America. No Dust Jackets (as issued). Covers; 2 yellow paper and 1 brown paper with coloured and black lettering to all fronts; in very good condition for paperbacks of their age; clean and bright, but with occasional marks and the two yellow booklets have the previous owners signature and date to top fore-corner of front; some rubbing to all edges and spines, commensurate with age and use but all intact. Internally: all are very clean and tightly bound; no markings, inscriptions or book plates; the Letterpress volume has staple rust marks to front fly leaf and first few pages; some darkening to page edges; otherwise all in very good condition for their age.
