Rare vintage 1928 Lane Bryant catalog, "Slenderizing Fashions for Stout Women and Misses: Fall and Winter 1928-1929." The catalog is softcover and is in good vintage condition with some signs of wear and age. The text block is detached from the wrappers at the top binding staple and the centerpiece color pages (one sheet of four pages) is detached from the text block. The 2 leaves containing the order sheets (pages 95-98) at the rear of the catalog have been excised and are no longer present. The interior is toned from age but is generally nice and clean though there may be the occasional page with a light grubby mark or minor bit of foxing. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a creased corner, small chip or tear, minor stain or marking, etc. The catalog measures approximately 10 inches by 7 1/2 and is 99 pages long (minus the 2 leaves of order forms).
