First Printing.April, 1927. Book has been well preserved for 90 years and is clean and mark free throughout save for small stain on bottom of text block, with rigid, square boards and a tight spine, though slight roll. Appears unread. Eight illustrations by Gayle Hoskins all of which are present. Jacket is not price clipped but has very slight crumple and loss/tear at spine ends and top of front cover and some edges; also a bit of soil on back cover. Looks dashing in it's shiny new mylar cover. Seller Inventory # 001353
