The recipient was one of the leading actresses of the Ulster Literary Theatre which was originally conceived of - by some, at least - as the "northern branch" of W.B. Yeats' and Lady Gregory's Irish Literary Theatre. Text-block significantly foxed and re-bound into plain card wrappers with paper spine label but a very good copy of a resonant item from the earliest days of modern Irish theatre.
